The HSBC Malta property Expo was held for the first time this year at the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre in Ta' Qali between the 27th, 28th February and the 1st of March 2009.
Inaugurated by Parliamentary Secretary Chris Said, the Malta Property Expo was a showcase for all Maltese Estate agents and Property Developments which the island has to offer. The idea of the Malta Property Expo was to create a platform on which to internationally exhibit Maltese property.

Visitors had the opportunity to see some of the best Malta properties under one roof, meet with agents, banks, designers and other professionals in the industry.
The Malta Property Expo was being organized at an important stage in the financial crisis. It was positive that people in the property sector had come together to show their product The government was called upon to come up with the required legislation for the country to be able to export the Malta property package.
The fair, which included the participation of 75 exhibitors, also included some interesting seminars.
